I need help sharing my Accommodation Agreements. What should I do?

Will the system release my accommodation agreements automatically?
No—that’s up to you. You’ll need to log in to the system and request your agreements to release.
Will I still have to book my exams?
Yes—you’ll need to book your accommodated exams yourself by submitting a request here.
When should I share my accommodation agreements?
Accommodations must be released, before they can be accessed. Release of Accommodation Agreements has a feature that puts you even more in control with the ability to customize your accommodations for each course (from the approved list of accommodations set up for you).
We recommend:
· The release of your accommodation agreements in the first two weeks of classes each term, once you have familiarized yourself with the course delivery style and course requirements, so that you can customize your accommodation needs for each course.
· For short-duration or spring/summer courses: share your letters as close to the start of the course as possible.
· You can release your accommodation agreements up to two weeks prior to class start date, to allow enough time for you, your instructor(s), and ARC (if needed) to coordinate how to meet your accommodation needs, if additional arrangements are required.
Do I need to use the system for each class every term?
Yes. If you want your instructors to receive your Accommodation Agreements and you plan to write exams with accommodations, you’ll need to release your agreements through the system each term.
Is my privacy protected?
Absolutely.
· The system is encrypted and uses your secure UNBC password-authenticated login.
· Only you, your course instructors and ARC staff can access your Accommodation Agreements.
