You can use this website to:

• Book a test, mid-term or quiz - please use the Schedule a test, mid-term or quiz tab and Lecture section of the course
• Book a final exam - please use the Schedule a final exam tab and Final Exam section of the course
• Check your upcoming scheduled appointments, tests and exams

Early Booking Strategy

Once your accommodations are released and you have received your course syllabi, we strongly recommend pre-booking all quizzes and midterms for the entire semester at once. This ensures your space is reserved early and helps you avoid the stress of last-minute deadlines.

Important Deadlines

To ensure your test/exam accommodations are in place, you must adhere to these strict booking timelines:

• Booking Quizzes & Midterms: At least 5 business days prior to the test date.
• Booking Your Final Exam: Please note that the deadline to book is usually 2–3 weeks before the exam period starts. Stay tuned for updates; ARC will notify you of the specific semester deadline as soon as the Registrar’s Office confirms the exam schedule.
